Great communication and customer service. I ordered the wrong size ring, after contacting customer service they were extremely helpful and assisted me in getting the right size ring. I had ordered my ring two sizes too big, turns out I needed a size nine ring. After paying for postage, they sent me a size nine ring and it fit perfectly.
I feel more comfortable working with this ring as I no longer have to work about snagging while working on my car, or around the workshop, or worse yet losing my original wedding band while working. If you are considering a silicone ring, I highly recommend Rinfit, for their great selection and great customer service.

These rings are great - should have gotten one years ago - I play guitar daily and my old wedding band would sometimes hit strings or make a click on the neck - no issues after switching to silicone. We ended up with the new design as the original design wasn't available anymore. The original design was nice & held up nicely for 2 years of hard mechanic's work. This design seems to allow some airflow to the finger instead of trapping water or liquid under the band resulting in having to remove the band to clean under it. We will see how it lasts.
