This piece is beautiful and so comfortable, unlike any silicon piece you’ve ever seen. I originally ordered a size 4 but unfortunately it was a tad bit too small, however, I was able to contact support regarding an exchange. Not only did they allow me to keep the last purchase, but they also mailed me the correct size and asked for me to donate to any first responders who participated in helping with all the wild fires! I give this company a 10/10 a 5 star rating. Easy to contact and was able to resolve my issue without any problems. Worth every penny.
